Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort & Spa All Inclusive Akumal

Liked my very very good stay for 3 nights. The staff were attentive and affable and the location was stunning in the snorkeling.

The room was a bit old, made me a little nervous.

That was what I call lovely base for a family holiday. I liked every detail about my fairly nice 4 nights stay here.

There were great staff and drinks for a real good stay in an all inclusive hotel...

I liked hotel's location and food, the place met what we needed. The room was huge with computer friendly work space and had a mini bar fridge, coffee and tea making equipment, and a seating area.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

Quietall-inclusive hotel with very good staff and food. Everything was great as expected, yet the bathroom was quite small.

It was as expected, had a great stay in the Grand Sirenis Hotel. Everything was wonderful, including staff and food, its good wi-fi.

Stayed in a bright room with a huge bathroom. The pool was great and I had delicious drinks in the main bar.

It was spotless with attentive customer service. Location next to the beach, the shop and Tulum. I liked the gourmet restaurant, serving special cuisine.

everything was really good, we all felt safe here. this stunningly beautiful hotel had remote setting near the beach. the a la carte restaurant and lovely bar, we loved them.

Characterful, spotless hotel with well soundproofed rooms and outstanding staff. Plenty of options, exceptional food. The Irish bar was excellent and the drinks were hot. The venue was very close to the beach and the shop and Tulum thanks to its super location.

Beds were poor in this place.

I had very good days staying at this inclusive hotel. I liked the venue, it had good staff and drinks. The hotel room was brand-new with computer friendly work space.

All good — we loved our stay — food was fresh and SUPPORTIVE staff. Neat hotel with a very central location. Average restaurant onsite and lovely views.

It was a really great stay. Staff was honest, room was welcoming and location was handy. An amazing beach, exceptional view. Exceptionally comfortable beds and TV with cable channels, terrace and microwave. Efficient check-in and amazing service. Good drinks, strong wifi were a nice surprise.

The hotel is economical, with a perfect breakfast, generally comfortable rooms and a perfect bed. Magnificent view of ocean. The gourmet restaurant is excellent place to hang out. Loved smooth check-in and late check-out.

exceptionally comfortable place to stay while in akumal. i booked a room with a very comfy bed, cable channels, a seating area and a writing desk. absolutely amazing staff that were ready to help. had fine drinks in the sky bar.

There was an bug, I was shocked.

Good breakfast, spotless and unusual hotel. I loved an exclusive decor and contemporary furniture. Its location was COMFORTABLE, short walk to the beach, the shop and Tulum. Amazing design, terrific service in the entire venue.

Air conditioner was a bit noisy; awful views.

The hotel was fairly clean, and I enjoyed a simple location: D
